In the mid 1970s amidst Ventura's gracious rolling hills and lush strawberry fields, LM Mini Storage sprouted up. As demand grew, so did we. Our second property, LM Mini Storage 2, opened a decade later!

LM Mini Storage has been owned and operated by several generations of one local family. Over these decades, we have seen great expansion in the self-storage industry. We have dedicated ourselves to customer service, offering a secure, clean facility in which you can squirrel away your stuff. Our properties have gates with coded keypad entries, 24/7 video surveillance, and on-site managers. One yard is equipped with state-of-the-art door alarms on every unit for those who desire added security. Our staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Our offices are newly renovated and we continue to update our services, such as our online account management.

We have tenants from all over Southern California: Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Malibu and the San Fernando Valley to name a few.
